GENERAL QUEST QUERIES
Q: What does a quest consist of?
A: Each quest starts with a mission which sets the scene. To complete the mission you are then required to explore London in order to answer the questions. Only upon answering the questions will you be able to complete the mission which will then allow you to enter the on-line competition.
Q: How many people can do a quest?
A: I would recommend that there are no more than 5 people working as a team to complete the quest, however this is up to you.
Q: How long does the quest take?
A: Each quest is designed to take 2 hours without any breaks. However, as it is self guided you can take as long as you like, so feel free to stop off and have a coffee or visit a shop on the way.
Q: What do I do if I can’t find a clue?
A: If you can’t find a clue simply retrace your steps to the last clue that you found. If you are still unable to find a clue move on and let Leisure Quests know. We will then investigate this further.
Q: Who is Quentin?
A: Quentin is a fictional character that the quests are based around. He essentially acts as your tour guide around the area showing you the different elements of London.

Q: What is the level of difficulty of the questions?
A: The questions vary in difficulty with the emphasis on learning and having fun, with this in mind there are no trick questions in the hunt. To make the quests accessible to everyone we have tried to keep the questions short and to the point.
Q: Can you give me an example of a question?
A: We have a mixture of questions, where possible we have designed questions to make you learn about the local area.
Examples of questions include:

Who was the founder of the Tower of London?
Complete the Centre Criminal Court’s moto - Defend the Children of the poor and ……

Q: Where can answers to questions be found?
To try and protect ourselves from a constantly changing London we have tried to keep our answers to elements that are literary set in stone! In general answers to the questions can be found in the following places:
- Information board
- Commemorative plaque found on the side of the building
- Inscription on a building
- Statue
PURCHASING A QUEST
Q: How much does a Quest cost?
A: Each quest costs £9.99 regardless of how many people participate in the quest. So if you have a family of 4 you only need to purchase a single copy of a quest between the 4 of you to have half a day of fun. However if you are two families and wish to have a mini competition between you, you will be need to purchase two copies of the quest.
Q: How do I buy a quest?
A: All Quests can be purchased using this website; you can either purchase a downloadable version or order a copy to be sent to you.
Q: Can I print off more than one copy of the quest?
A: No, one purchase means that you can print off the quest just the once. If you wish to print the quest again please purchase a new copy.
COMPETITION
Q: When I have solved the mission how do I submit my answer?
A: Visit the website and go to the competition element of the site.
Q: What is the competition prize?
A: The winner of the competition will win a £20 Amazon voucher, and each person who enters, regardless of whether they get the answer right will receive the quest answers so they can check them back.
Q: How frequently is the competition run?
A: The competition is a monthly competition, with a new winner each month.
Q: When and how will I find out if I’ve won?
A: If you have won you will be e-mailed after the prize draw has been completed.
QUEST ANSWERS
Q: How do I get the Quest answers?
A: Once you have completed the quest you can enter the on-line competition. When you have entered this you will receive a link to the quest answers so you can check which questions you got right. In the quest answers we’ve done more than simply writing the answers, we’ve also included details as to where the answer can be found just in case you missed that answer.
Q: I’ve completed the Quest and I want to receive the answers however I don’t want to enter the competition, what do I do?
A: Don’t worry about this, simply fill in the form for entering the competition but leave the answer blank.
